The Purple Heart Services “Veterans Virtual Training Institute (VVTI) is accepting applications for training in remote technical support services training.  Each student trains for 600 hours.  They learn how to repair computers remotely, with a focus on Numara Software’s “Footprints” and “Track-it” applications and a virtual PBX system hosted by the VVTI.  Right Answers “Knowledge Pac” training modules allow trainees to advance from Tier1 to Tier2 training and the educational partnerships of the VVTI offer continuing enhancements and training.  The VVTI’s partnership with the Help Desk Institute (HDI) allows each student to train for the goal of certification as a “Help Desk Analyst” known worldwide as the premier certificate of support services.
